Fire Resistant Insulation Grade Coating

Water based fire resistant base coat and water based fire resistant top coat system for wall, concrete, gypsum board, and rock surfaces.

Recommended use: Walls, concrete, gypsum board, roof/wall surfaces, rock surfaces, partitions, and interior building surfaces requiring fire and heat-transfer reduction.
Fire test / standards mentioned: TDS mentions flame spreading rate as nil as per UL 94 and BS 476 Part 7.
Fire protection note: Material requirement is given for 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute fire rating systems depending on coat build and consumption.
Application method: Clean and dry the surface, remove loose old coating by sanding if required, apply base coat and top coat by brush or roller, and allow fire testing after 8 days.

Water based rough finish high-grip ceramic insulation primer/base coat for wall, gypsum board and concrete.

Recommended use: Gypsum board, concrete walls, fire rated partitions, cement board, ceiling systems, fire resistant wall systems, commercial and industrial buildings.
Fire test / standards mentioned: TDS presents it as a fire resistant ceramic insulation primer/base coat for wall and gypsum systems.
Fire protection note: Recommended consumption is aligned to 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute system requirements.
Application method: Apply on clean, dry surface free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, and weak old coating. Two primer coats are recommended before compatible ARC 318 TC top coat.
