Ameetuff Vapour Barrier Coating is a flexible fire-resistive elastomeric finish primarily used with low-temperature insulation to prevent migration of water and water vapour into insulation systems through butt joints.
It is also recommended as a bedding compound for installation of cellular glass insulation. In this application, it helps protect insulation from abrasion and metal surfaces from corrosion while supporting fire protection of thermal insulation assemblies.
